  • 18-20 February 2013, a 3 day workshop on CEDAW, Gender mainstreaming and Gender Sensitive Policy Development in Taunggyi, Shan State.
  • 9-13 September 2013, a 5 day gender awareness workshop in Mawlamyine, in Mon State in 2 interconnected parts, part 1: Engaging Men: Gender mainstreaming in Corporate Social Responsibility and Domestic Violence (3 days) and Part 2: Strategies for Men Engagement in Woman Empowerment (2 days).
  • Decentralisation and Participatory Democracy
  • 15, 16 February, 2013, a Decentralisation workshop was designed as follow up to the Cambodia study tour on Decentralisation (June 2012), and was jointly organized with Shan State Regional Government and ALARM.
  • From 11-18 May, 2013, an exposure trip to Cambodia was organised to study Cambodia's system of decentralisation ad people's participation.
  • 24-26 July, 2013, as a follow up of the May exposure trip on Decentralisation to Cambodia a three day workshop on Decentralisation and Development was organised in Taunggyi, Shan State.
  • 10-14 September 2013, a workshop on Decentralisation and Development was held in Mawlamyine, Mon State, on the request of the All Mon Regions Democratic Party (AMDP).
  • 25-28 November 2013, a workshop on Decentralisation and Democratisation was held in Loikaw, Kayah State.
  • Strengthening civil society networks and grassroots participatory democracy
  • 20 December 2012 and 8 January 2013 two workshops/seminars on Economic reform in transition: civil society involvement in shaping the framework of economic and social reform were organized.
  • 26, 27 February 2013 - two workshops/seminars on Local Governance - Promoting citizens participation in local development programs; and creating awareness of World Bank's Community Driven Development.
  • 17-20 March, 2013, a sustainable development workshop was held in Kyauk Pa Daung on how to become a more sustainable and developed world and to nurture a society targeting for sustainable development.
  • 6-10 July, 2013, a similar workshop on sustainable development was held in Pyay.
  • 20-22 July, a workshop of Federalism was held in Yangon, where topics as self determination, power sharing and Unity in diversity were discussed.
  • 1-4 December, a Civil Society for Peace and Development forum van held in Taunggyi, Shan State.

  • 23, 24 May, 2013, two workshops on the practices, pros and cons of CSR were held in Yangon.
  • 25-27 November 2013, a three day workshop on CSR was held in Loikaw, Kayah State.
  • 2-4 December 2013, a similar workshop was held in Taunggyi, Shan State.
